Liverpool ONE Announces a Full House!

 

Grosvenor is pleased to announce lettings within their historic commercial offices in Liverpool ONE’s Stanley Building, totalling 8,184 sq ft.

 

Spanning across two floors, the fully let Stanley Building on Hanover Street, is now home to local companies, Scientiam Ltd and Community Foundation for Merseyside.

 

Scientiam Ltd, one of the leading training providers to businesses, organisations and people across Merseyside, Cheshire and the North West, have signed a five year lease for the 4,079 sq ft second floor of the building. Whilst Community Foundation for Merseyside now occupy the third floor, with a three year lease for the 4,105 sq ft space. Both businesses play very important roles within the local community and have close links with Grosvenor and Liverpool ONE.

 

This follows news that specialist business and language training company, Globus International Business and Language Academy, has signed a five-year lease for the 2,211 sq ft third floor space in Compton House, another recently redeveloped office building on School Lane.
